I have no idea where I would be in life if I sat down and waited for people.

I don't know what ditch or gutter I would be writing this from if I had sat down and waited for people to love me, appreciate me amd see the value in my work or my being. 

One of my amazing talents is that I know when I am not wanted and when my presence is not appreciated. I have learned very well in this life that you cannot work for love. You cannot work for love the love of a friend, a family member or even someone that you look up to. If it's not there it's not there so I have always excused myself when it came to the "Love Olympics". If we dont vibe that's okay - let me take my chances elsewhere.

Today we were going talk about betting on yourself. If there's one person I can always count on - it's me. I have a big problem with putting my life in other people's hands. I am never holding my breath ever waiting for santa clause to come down my chimney because I have been through too much to know that at the end of the day people only care about themselves.

That's why I just do things my way. 

Dear reader. Please love yourself. Love yourself to a point that you never need the "okay" or the hi five of  friend or a stranger to be the driving force to push you to chase and achieve your dreams. I am talking about the need for external validation and support. You are enough. Believe it.
